Incredibly beautiful hotel that has POLITE staff in the resort ca n't fault their customer service. The location is marvellous and beautiful, not too far from Haad San Chao Beach. What's more, it's in a great area just off Thailand for peace and the pier and great restaurants.

This was supposed to be a luxury getaway, but I was forced to wait an eternity for food. The staff tried hard, bless their hearts, but my room could have used a serious facelift. I hope they can afford a new paint job soon. A complimentary drink woudl ve been nice, but I guess that's too much to ask.

Sunset hill is a gem with fine sea views. The staff were helpful, especially when arranging our scooter rental. The sauna center was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring, and the nearby secret beach is a must-visit.

the room's design was a bit too sterile for my taste.

The sea view from my room was fine, especially at sunset! The infinity pool provided a peaceful atmosphere, made lounging there enjoyable. Plus, the staff were attentive.

The facilities seem quite dated and could use some TLC.
